Hotel Obscura | FOLA 2016 | Arts House | Melbourne from Katerina Kokkinos-Kennedy
Triage Live Art Collective was founded in 2009 by Artistic Director, Katerina Kokkinos-Kennedy. The company has forged a distinct reputation for creating complex, intimate, immersive and participatory works that place audiences at the centre of each performance. Triage is a passionate advocate of experimental works and seeks to develop and curate opportunities for artists within their sector. Triage’s large-scale work Hotel Obscura (2014-2016) was the first Australian project to ever be funded by Creative Europe. It was presented in four countries, offered cross-cultural collaboration and career development opportunities for local emerging and established artists. Triage and Arts House presented Hotel Obscura in the Festival of Live Art, March 2016. In 2017-2019 Triage will develop four new ambitious works with partners in Australia, Europe and Asia: CULT, The Children’s Hospital, The AI Party and Espionage.
